BUILT INSIDE A REAL POOL COMPANY, EST. 1986

The operating system for pool companies.

Customers, routes, crews, quotes, invoices, and payments in one system. Splash, the assistant built in, works your front desk and sets it all up from whatever files you have.

See it with your own pools How switching works

Switching takes an afternoon. Even from a 20 year old Access database.

THE WHOLE COMPANY, ONE SYSTEM

Stop running a software collection.
Start running your company.

A scheduling app, a spreadsheet, QuickBooks, and somebody's memory. SplashOffice replaces the pile with one system where everything knows about everything else.

πŸ—“οΈ

The office

Every customer, pool, and gate code in one place. A dispatch board with a real route optimizer. One inbox for email, texts, and portal messages, with one-click approvals.

πŸ§ͺ

The field

Crews run their route from a phone: navigate, test, dose, photograph, complete. Every finished stop becomes a ticket the office reviews.

🧾

The money

Quotes become signed contracts, contracts become jobs, jobs become invoices. Cards on file, automatic charging under a cap you set, a receipt on every charge.

πŸ’¬

The customer

A morning text with a real window, a heads-up when the truck is close, a portal with their photos, and Splash answering at 9 PM in your name.

πŸ“

Liners and equipment

A liner builder priced from your own book, equipment quotes, a phone-based measuring kit, and a cash price beside the card price.

πŸ“ˆ

The season

Openings and closings that start and stop weekly service on their own, outreach to last year's customers, overdue reminders, and reports that answer real questions.

SWITCHING TAKES AN AFTERNOON

Bring your customers from wherever they live today.

Excel, Access, QuickBooks, a route book, a phone full of contacts, a binder. SplashOffice reads all of it. You see every row before anything changes, and one button rolls it back.

The preview is the approval: every row, what happens to it, and anything unclear asked right there.

Splash asking what the cryptic columns in a database export mean

Columns nobody can read? Splash guesses, asks you in plain words, and remembers your answer.

1. Upload anything

A service day and a price in the file become a real agreement. A gate code and a dog land on the property.

2. Answer a few questions

Splash asks about the yard, the hours, the tax, the crew, starting from sensible defaults. Upload your contract and he reads the terms out of it.

3. Route tomorrow

Your customers are on the board the next morning. What still needs a person is a short list with a link beside each line.

The setup page: a board of what is done and the conversation with Splash beside it

Set up your company: what is done, what is not, and Splash beside it proposing the rest in one card you confirm.

THE DAY, RUN FROM ONE SCREEN

Dispatch that plans the day, then keeps the promises.

Lanes per truck, a map, and a route builder that measures real drive time on real roads. Every arrival window a customer is texted comes from this plan, not a guess.

The dispatch board with lanes per crew and the map

Drag a stop between trucks, pin one that must not move, press Build the day.

A customer's page: properties, bodies of water, agreements, jobs, invoices

One customer, everything about them: pools, agreement, jobs, quotes, invoices, the card on file.

The crew's route on a phone

The crew's day on their phone: the route in order, the gate code before they get out of the truck.

MEET SPLASH

The employee who never sleeps, never sulks, and always tells the office everything.

Built into every SplashOffice, wearing your colors. Your customers chat with him like a person; your office keeps the receipts.

πŸ’¬ For your customers: reschedules against your real openings, books simple work, explains bills.

🏒 For your office: turns "schedule an opening for the Hendersons Tuesday" into a proposal you confirm with one button.

🧰 For setting up: reads your files, asks what the odd columns mean, proposes your settings.

🌐 For your website: answers visitors, never quotes prices, captures leads.

Everything he does is logged, visible, and reversible. He cannot touch prices or other customers' data, and you set the leash per kind of work.

can you move my Thursday visit? party on Friday πŸŽ‰
Party prep, say no more. Real openings: Wednesday the 19th, Thursday the 20th, Saturday the 22nd. Want Wednesday so you are sparkling before the guests land?
wednesday!
Done. Moved to Wednesday the 19th, the route is updated, and the office has the note. I accept payment in pool water. πŸ’§

An actual conversation pattern from production, not a mockup script.

YOU HOLD THE LEASH

An assistant that earns trust, not one that assumes it.

Everything Splash sets up lands in an approvals queue with the whole conversation attached. You choose how much rope he gets, and you can change your mind any morning.

1. Review first

Your staff approve with one click, adjust the date, or decline with a kind note sent for you.

2. Confirm now, review after

Booked instantly, reviewed after. Declining undoes it and owns the apology.

3. Trusted

No review needed. The receipts still keep themselves forever.

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Your customers will think you hired a whole new office.

The number one complaint about pool companies is silence. Yours becomes the one that always answers.

β˜€οΈ The morning text

"Dan's crew has you today between 9:00 and 10:30." Sent from the real route.

πŸ“ 30 minutes out

From the crew's actual progress, not a guess. Running late? They hear first.

πŸ“Έ The photo log

Photos and readings from every visit, in their portal before lunch.

πŸ“± Their pool's own app

Bills, visits, booking, and Splash, on their phone with your icon.

The customer portal

The customer portal, in your name.

The built-in walkthrough

Software that teaches itself: a walkthrough for the office, the crew, and your customers.

INTEGRATIONS

Connected to the things you already pay for.

Every connection is your own account, made from Settings. Nothing here is a roadmap.

πŸ’³
Stripe

Cards, bank transfers, cards on file, automatic charging under a cap you set. Your own account; the money never touches ours.

✍️
DocuSign, or the built-in signing page

Contracts send for signature the moment a quote is approved. Ours, or your own DocuSign account.

πŸ“§
Gmail, Google Workspace, and Outlook

Customer email lands in the inbox beside their texts, and everything you send goes from your own address.

πŸ’¬
Twilio texting

Arrival windows and two-way texts from your own number. Carrier registration takes weeks, so we start it on day one.

πŸ—ΊοΈ
Google Maps and a road network of our own

Every address located and checked. Drive times from real roads, at no cost per press.

πŸ“’
QuickBooks, Skimmer, Jobber, Housecall Pro

Their exports are recognized on sight. Access, spreadsheets, contacts, PDFs, and photos come in the same door.

Coming next: truck GPS on the dispatch map, and a QuickBooks sync for the accountant.

YOUR OWN SYSTEM, NOT A SEAT IN OURS

Every company runs on its own SplashOffice: its own server, its own database, its own address at yourcompany.splashoffice.com. Nobody else's customers are in your system, and your data comes back out any time.

Two companies sharing one office? A 104 column Access database with 40 years of history? Real things from the company this was built in, and they just work.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

Not built in a tech incubator. Built in a pool office.

SplashOffice grew out of a two generation family pool company on Long Island, established in 1986, and was shaped visit by visit around how this work actually happens.

Software that answers back. Report a problem to Splash in plain words and read what actually changed when it is fixed. Our first office's suggestions were live within a day.

PRICING

Priced per pool. Simple on purpose.

Metered by pools, like the industry expects. Onboarding included. No contracts designed to trap you.

ROUTE

$1.50 per pool / month

$99 monthly minimum

The whole company from your phone: route, chemistry, invoices, customer texts. For the owner operator who wants their evenings back.

OFFICE Β· MOST COMPANIES LAND HERE

Talk numbers with us

QUESTIONS OWNERS ACTUALLY ASK

Straight answers.

Can you import my customer list?

Yes, from anything. The first deployment came out of a 20 year old Access database without losing a column. Splash asks what the odd columns mean instead of guessing.

Is my data mixed in with other companies'?

No. Your own server, your own database, your own address. Your data comes back out whenever you ask.

Does my company keep its own branding?

Completely. Your name and logo on the portal, the app, the invoices, and the texts. We sign our work in small print, the way a builder signs a house.

What if Splash says something wrong?

He only speaks from your real data, never quotes prices, and nothing runs until your staff approve it. One checkbox turns him off.

Do I have to change payment processors?

You connect your own Stripe account. The money never touches ours.

What phones do my crews need?

Any phone. The crew app installs to the home screen with your icon, no app store.
